Como podréis imaginar, Nueva York está en continuo movimiento. Siempre hay algo que hacer y, si eres una persona a la que le gusta explorar y conocer cosas, aburrirse es algo que no puede entrar en vuestros planes.

El fin de semana anterior a venir de vacaciones a España, realicé un tour por Bushwick para conocer sus graffitis más molones y cómo y por qué estos aparecen o desaparecen en sus calles. Había ido en agosto/septiembre con Diego a hacer un recorrido por nuestra cuenta pero no llegamos a ver todo. Para mi sorpresa, cuando hice el tour con mi compañera de piso, las pintadas que recordaba con anterioridad habían desaparecido y sido sustituidas por otras. ¿Por qué? ¡Ah, para ello deberéis hacer el recorrido!

Algun@s quizá pensaréis que este tipo de actividades son para turistas. No estoy de acuerdo. Ir a la Estatua de la Libertad y las típicas cosas que hace la gente cuando visita la ciudad, obviamente lo son. Pero este tipo de tours, aún viviendo en la ciudad, sirven para explorar y aprender más sobre la cultura y el arte del graffiti, permitiéndote llegar a comprender por qué la ciudad puede ser de una manera u otra. No pagamos $32 sino $16 por una promoción que había.
